Delivery and repair technicians will set up your equipment, explain the usage of the products, and answer many of your questions. In many cases they are able to carry out on-site repair of various products; if not, they may swap a rental item for another rental item or possibly transport the equipment back to our repair center for more complex adjustments or replacement of parts. Loaner equipment may also be available.
Respiratory therapists are available for our more involved respiratory patients; this may include APNEA monitor or ventilator set-up, monthly visits, or other respiratory services as required or ordered by your physician.
Rehab technicians are available for specialized seating and mobility solutions. Our personnel work closely with other healthcare professionals to insure the patient, physician, therapists, and caseworkers all understand which technology is most appropriate and cost effective. Our dedicated rehab team is there before, during, and after the sale.
